Appearance Description: Parsley grows in a rosette form. The leaves are bright green, rigid, and produce yellowish-green flowers when fully mature.
How to Plant:
1. Work the soil until it has a smooth and broken-up consistency.
2. Amend native soil with organic compost or any other material.
3. Soak the seeds for 24 hours before planting.
4. Dig a trench that is about 1/2-inch deep.
5. Plant 2-3 seeds per inch along the length of the row.
6. Cover the trench lightly with about 1/8-inch soil.
7. Apply a layer of mulch if desired.

1. Keep the soil consistently moist, it should never completely dry.
2. Watering should be done evenly and not so much that the soil is a puddle.

2. To remove, cut leaves from the outer plant areas as needed.
3. Parsley can be replanted in a pot or placed in a window box to produce fresh parsley throughout the winter.
